How it works

How it works for a team.

1

Pick a photographer

Look at their work and their first-hour and extra-hour rates above. Every headshot from one photographer, so they all match.

2

Pick a date and hours

On their page, pick a day and a start time and choose how many hours. Book the hours your team needs.

3

They set up in your office

Put your address and the room in the request. The photographer sets up there and your people come by one at a time.

4

Photos delivered

Edited photos are delivered the way the photographer's profile describes. Ask them about delivery before you book if you need a date.

Questions

Asked by teams.

How many people can be photographed per hour?

It depends on the photographer and how they work, so ask them before you book. Put your team size in the request note on their page, or send it with the form above, and the photographer says how many hours to book.

Do we get a receipt?

Yes. When the card is charged, Stripe emails a receipt to the email the booking was made with. SnapHire does not send separate invoices.

How do we pay?

By card through SnapHire, on the web or in the app. You see the total before you pay, including SnapHire's 5% service fee as its own line. Request-first photographers confirm the date before anything is charged.

Can the photographer come to our office?

Yes, that's the point of the booking. Put the address and the room in the request; the photographer confirms the spot with you before the day.

Where do you cover?

The photographers on this page are based in New York City and Nassau County. Elsewhere on Long Island or in New York? Tell us about your team and we'll say straight who covers it.
