Pick a photographer

Look at their event work and their first-hour and extra-hour rates above.

Pick the date and hours

On their page, pick the night and the start time and book the hours of the party. Want a headshot corner? Add hours to the same booking.

They cover the party

Put the venue in the request. The photographer covers the room, the toasts and the group photo, and runs the headshot corner if you added one.

Photos delivered

Edited photos are delivered the way the photographer's profile describes. Ask about delivery before you book if you need them by a date.

Add a headshot corner.

While the party runs, the same photographer can take headshots in a corner of the room for anyone who wants one. Book it as extra hours on the same booking, at the photographer's own extra-hour rate. Ask them how they'd set it up.

What is a headshot corner?

A spot at the party where people step in for a quick headshot, with the same photographer. You book it as extra hours on the same booking. Ask the photographer what they bring for it and how they'd set it up.

How many headshots fit in an hour?

It depends on the photographer and the setup, so ask them before you book. Put your headcount in the request note on their page, or send it with the form above.

Do we get a receipt?

Yes. When the card is charged, Stripe emails a receipt to the email the booking was made with. SnapHire does not send separate invoices.

How do we pay?

By card through SnapHire, on the web or in the app. You see the total before you pay, including SnapHire's 5% service fee as its own line. Request-first photographers confirm the date before anything is charged.

When should we book?

As soon as you have the date. A photographer's open nights go to whoever books first, so pick a time on their page or send us the date with the form above.
